What made you decide to go do this business and get involve particularly in the industry?
It is a transition from corporate world where I was involved with Malaysia’s prominent Telco in developing & managing various Next generation broadband & digital technology services. The interest in entrepreneur world kick started when meeting a like minded people out there in the industry.
Since Im very passionate about technology, I wanted to kick-start with the venture in helping SME’s in getting corporate like solutions in the most cost efficient way possible without need for hiring dedicated IT staff to manage those.

Unlike general IT vendors out there in market, we are one of very few experts in the market that capable of handling cybersecurity & networking along with general IT needs. Besides, I would say ours is most efficient when it comes to customer support management as the fastest responder to customer critical need for assistance. Thus making us most reliable IT partner for their organization in simplifying their operations & we have proven record of stopping more than 90% of common recurring problems for our existing customers. We always customer been informed of the progress and changes pertaining to their IT operations too.
Some insights to share with regards to the industry and/or marketplace
The recent report received from world cybersecurity analysis showed the pandemic has triggered very large volume of cyber attacks where significant number of SME companies data and financial system found to have been breached. I always wanted to educate SME’s owner in adapting next generation IT technology and properly defending them from cyber threats world which is very significant today.
Managed IT is not about just only managing day-to-day technical problem, but also enabling them with protection and also helping the companies with recovery in the event of natural disaster or security breach. Today majority SME’s ignored the importance of Managed IT not knowing the level of risk their organization is been exposed in today digital world of internet.
Challenges and opportunities for Malaysian businesses in the construction sector
The challenges today is SME’s have been ignorant of the need of outsourcing. The always thinking outsourcing to be expensive. What they don’t realize is that having own employee is way more costlier to maintain than outsourcing their IT services.
The good thing is that SME’s slowly start realizing the presence of cyber-threats and bottlenecks of tackling the IT by themselves. With proper educations, we believe our niche presence provides better value for SME’s today

I would love to be connected to organizations that has office based environment with employees from 5-30, where I could provide assistance to their users with daily IT supports. On another spectrum, I would also like to be in touch with the SME owners & Head of Operations/Marketing of companies from sectors like Financial Institutions, Factories, Ecommerce, Logistics & Law Firms where they are suffering with their IT issues. We could then engage with the users and we can give educational insights on the essentials of proper IT management & cybersecurity
