Hello! My name is Dennis De Witt and I am BNI Sierra’s Company Secretary Extraordinaire.
I am currently the Managing Director of Eurogain Secta Sdn Bhd, an outsourced corporate secretarial company, and I have around 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial service industry.
In Eurogain Secta Sdn Bhd, I lead a team of professionals who are made up of two other qualified company secretaries, with a total combined experience of almost 50 years.
Our Philosophy
In our role to act as a Company Secretary, we believe in the concept of ‘Helping Businesses Grow” for our clients. Please allow me to explain this.
We believe that every business is made up of three distinct areas: Operation/Production, Marketing & Sales, Compliance. Compliance is made up of company law, accounting, HR, income tax and other regulatory obligations.
Therefore, by helping our clients to handle their company’s compliance obligations, they will be free to focus on the other two profit generating areas of their business.
We are also dedicated to promoting Malaysia as the stepping-stone towards ASEAN, especially for foreigners who wish to expand their business to the APAC region. With the lower cost-of-doing-business and the wide use of the English language in business, Malaysia is a logical destination for foreign businesses to establish their regional base.

Our clients are SMEs, who range from larger companies with a large shareholder base, down to the smaller single-director – single shareholder companies, and everything in-between.
We also handle Foreign Direct Investors from many different countries around the world who have come to set up their company in Malaysia.
We are also able to handle a wide range of different types of companies. Other than Private Limited companies and Public Unlisted companies, we also handle other unique types of companies, such as Companies licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia and the Securities Commission, Trust Companies, Foundations, Companies Limited by Guarantee, Foreign Companies and Registered Branch Offices.
