What made you decide to go do this business
During the days when I just an employee, I found out many business owner did not fulfill their job as an employer, by taking care of those who are under them. Hence the businesses did not last long. I always believe that “3 years in business is by luck, 10 years in business is by good
management, 100 years in business is by great culture” So I am on my journey to impart this to Business Owners

What is your insight for the industry or marketplace
I believe many company is lacking strategy and clarity on what is their directions. Business no tedious and nothing exciting. But it doesn’t need any fancy strategy to be a winner in your industry. As long the fundamental and the roots are build strongly, result will be shown.

There are different type of challenges in different type of stage. I differentiate it as 7 stages of business.
Seed, Startup, Growth, Established, Expansion, Mature & lastly Exit. Every stages involve in different type of challenges. As long you are equipped with knowledge & principles, you will know what to do when it comes.
